In celebration of its Ohio sports wagering launch and demonstrating its dedication to inclusivity in sports, BetJack has contributed $20,000 to Special Olympics Ohio.
BetJack committed to a donation of up to $20,000 contingent upon the total bets placed within the initial two hours of legalized sports betting in the state, commencing at midnight on January 1st. This substantial gift will aid Special Olympics Ohio in furnishing year-round training and competitive prospects for its 20,000 athletes spanning 88 counties.
Expressing appreciation, Jessica Stuart, Chief Executive Officer of Special Olympics Ohio, remarked that this financial backing will enable their athletes to attain physical well-being, exhibit bravery, encounter happiness, and impart their abilities, expertise, and sportsmanship.
Brian Eby, President of Jack Entertainment, highlighted their continued advocacy for this endeavor through diverse organizations within the state, conveying their enthusiasm to effect positive change throughout Ohio.
To usher in the new year, BetJack hosted Christine Hoyer, Chief Development Officer of Special Olympics Ohio, to place the inaugural wager at the BetJack Sportsbook located within JACK Cleveland Casino.
