Blair joins AGS with over twenty years of experience, having previously held the position of Global General Counsel at Aruze Gaming. Throughout his tenure at Aruze, Blair occupied several critical roles, including Deputy General Counsel and Senior IP Counsel, managing legal affairs during a phase of substantial organizational transformation. His proficiency encompasses a broad spectrum of legal domains, such as intellectual property rights, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, and strategic initiatives.
Rob Ziems, AGS’ Chief Legal Officer and Secretary, conveyed his assurance in Blair’s capacity to contribute to the company’s ongoing achievements, emphasizing his comprehensive grasp of corporate law and intellectual property matters. This strategic addition arrives at a crucial juncture for AGS, a prominent provider of slot machines, table games, and other casino offerings, as they persist in broadening their operations and seeking fresh avenues for expansion.

In the second quarter of 2023 alone, they have penetrated 29 US states, 4 Canadian provinces, and established a presence in a new country.
