Bragg Gaming is poised to join the Pennsylvania internet gaming industry. The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) recently authorized their purchase of Spin Games, clearing the last obstacle in a transaction that has been ongoing for nearly twelve months. Bragg consented to acquire the Nevada-based iGaming firm last May for $30 million, keen to obtain Spin’s permits in crucial US sectors such as New Jersey, Michigan, Connecticut, and naturally, Pennsylvania. This procurement is a significant steppingstone for Bragg’s US development ambitions. With the authorization secured, they are on target to conclude the agreement later this month as anticipated.
Yaniv Spielberg, Bragg’s Chief Strategy Officer, is enthusiastic about the endorsement and its implications for Bragg’s prospects: “We value the PGCB’s meticulousness throughout this procedure and are delighted to have their authorization to penetrate Pennsylvania. We are eager to finalize the Spin Games acquisition and commence operations.”
He further indicated their goal to swiftly commence operations post-acquisition, rapidly entering numerous US regions.
They express certainty that uniting with Spin Games and leveraging their remote gaming server expertise will empower them to merge their exceptional player engagement, data analytics, and platform infrastructure with Spin Games’ existing US market presence and robust operator partnerships.
